We understand that you likely want to meet us before you fully commit to our tutoring services. So, this is for you!

- Great Guardian/Tutor conversations about your vision for tutoring (10-20 minutes)
- Goal setting with you (the guardian), your student, and their tutor
- Get-to-know-you activities
- Some content instruction!
Parent/Guardian Involvement
Parent/Guardian Involvement
Guardians must be present for a least part of the first session.
This ensures that the student has permission to be logged on with the tutor, builds the tutor-guardian-student team, and ensures that tutoring matches the goals your family has for tutoring.
Guardians also receive a debrief email following each session to ensure they are up-to-date on student progress!

Technology Needs
Technology Needs
- Parent/Guardian Email: Communication is highly valued by Clever Endeavors Tutoring LC and the guardian's email is where a majority of that communication happens.
- Internet: Be sure that you are connected to stable internet!
- ZOOM: All tutoring sessions are conducted through a Zoom call.
Zoom is most interactive when the app is downloaded to Tablets or
non-Chromebook PCs.

- 30-minute session: $24.00 USD
- 60-minute session: $45.60 USD
- Meet & Greet Guardian/Student Tutoring Session: FREE
All sessions are booked an invoiced through TutorBird. Invoice payments are made via TutorBird through Stripe.
**All sessions must be prepaid unless you make payments via ClassWallet.**

Change of Plans? No worries! We know that life happens! As long as we have 12-hours advance notice, you can cancel or refund your tutoring session FREE OF CHARGE!

The first session that a family books in a week* will be $24 USD. (Unless you are a paying via ClassWallet.)
All additional sessions book in that week* by the same family account will be discounted at 10%.
-Making discounted sessions $21.60 USD.
*A WEEK is defined as the period of time from 12:00 AM CENTRAL Monday through 11:59 PM Central the following Sunday.
DISCLAIMER: Available time slots for sessions is solely dependent on tutor availability and can vary.
This discount applies to ALL students under that same parent account whether it be siblings or booking multiple sessions for the same student.
Referrals
Referrals
New families may indicate another family who referred them to Clever Endeavors Tutoring LC.
Families who are listed as referring another student will receive one free session credit upon both the referred student and the referring student booking and paying for their fourth paid tutoring session.
Referral free session credits are distributed on a per referred student basis!
